The City and the Kitchener Public Library (KPL) is seeking proposals from firms or consortiums of firms to provide professional Architectural and Engineering Services. The successful proponent’s team will be retained to provide design, planning, construction documentation and procurement, and contract administration for the Southwest Community Library.
