The City, on behalf of the Grand River Cooperative Purchasing Group (the “GRCPG”), invites qualified contractors to respond to this RFQ for the provision of all labour, materials and equipment required for the efficient collection of containerized and hand-picked waste, fibre, organics and all other recyclables for the City of Kitchener and the City of Waterloo (the “Participating Agency”), in accordance with the terms and specifications outlined herein.  

The City will only consider quotations received from respondents who have registered with Bids and Tenders and have obtained the RFQ directly from the Bids and Tenders website at https://kitchener.bidsandtenders.ca (the “Bidding System”).
Bid Document Access:  Bid document preview, bid opportunity, and award notices are available on the site free of charge. Suppliers are not required to register for a bid opportunity prior to previewing unsecured bid documents.
