The City invites qualified vendors to respond to this cooperative tender for the provision of towing and related services as per the terms and specifications as outlined in CKF-10-2020. The City of Waterloo has expressed an interest to join this contract under the same terms and conditions presented herein and as per the specifications CKF-10-2020 provided, upon award by the City of Kitchener. After the City of Kitchener awards, the City of Waterloo will contact the vendor directly and set up their own contract. The following member agencies of the Cooperative Purchasing Group of Waterloo Region (CPGWR), participating in this contract (hereinafter referred to as “Participating Agencies”).
