For the supply and delivery of One (1) 8,863 kg (19,500 lb.) DRW chassis fitted with a 4.5 cubic meter (6 cubic yard) rear loading packer in accordance with specification CKF-43-2023. The successful respondent shall be an authorized heavy truck dealership, employing licensed diesel truck technicians, and stocking factory OEM spare parts inventory, registered under the Motor Vehicle Dealers Act. The City will not consider bids from any respondent who is not specifically named as registered on the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC) registry at the time of this quotation closing. |
