This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Centre In The Square, through the Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for the Centre In The Square Strategic Plan (the “CITS), as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The Centre In The Square (CITS), a charitable non-profit organization, is inviting qualified external consultants to develop a comprehensive five-year strategic plan. The plan's primary goal is to guide strategic priorities and investments in developing CITS as a premier live experiences’ destination and cultural hub over the next five years. Key focus areas include programming, marketing, patron experience, and capital improvements. The CITS will only consider quotations received from respondents who have registered with Bids and Tenders and have obtained the RFQ directly from the Bids and Tenders website at https://kitchener.bidsandtenders.ca (the “Bidding System”). |
