This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the City of Kitchener (the “City”) to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide RFSQ26-046 – Prequalification General Contractors - Interior Renovations as further described in Section A of the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”). The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (the City) is issuing this Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) to identify general contracting companies that are interested, qualified, and capable of serving as the general contractor for the construction of interior renovation projects at various locations across the City. The prequalification process will be administered in two stages, in accordance with the City of Kitchener’s Procurement By-law. Only those Respondents who are prequalified through this RFSQ will be eligible to participate in subsequent competitive calls for work under this program. For second stage procurements the City may use a variety of construction delivery methods, including Design‑Bid‑Build, Construction Management, or other collaborative approaches. |
