This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Professional Services - Centreville Chicopee Community Centre Site Improvement , as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The goal of this project is to retain professional services to develop a new exterior space for the community centre complete with an estimate of the cost at Centreville Chicopee Community Centre located at 141 Morgan Ave, Kitchener ON N2A 2M4.
