This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective Contractors to submit non-binding quotations for Q22-089 - Market Garage - Waterproofing Repairs located at 300 King Street E, Kitchener Ontario, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). Work under this contract includes local replacement of the garage roof expansion joint waterproofing (located within the condominium courtyard), local replacement of damaged elastomeric waterproofing (located within the podium level), pressure grout injection below the slab-on-grade and re-painting areas of staining at the Market Garage in Kitchener. |
