This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Professional Services for Roof Management as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The City is looking to partner with a qualified roof management firm to provide professional services for all City facility roofs. The objective is to preserve the existing roofing assets, provide documentation and direction to prolong the useful service life of the existing roof systems and provide the best possible roof system. The City will only consider quotations received from respondents who have registered with Bids and Tenders and have obtained the RFQ directly from the Bids and Tenders website at https://kitchener.bidsandtenders.ca (the “Bidding System”). |
