The work includes the replacement of the existing sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water supply system, roadway, curb and gutter, sidewalks and municipal service connections to the street property line.

Sherwood Avenue Reconstruction – Rosemount Drive to Becker Street, extending over an approximate project distance of 1,075 metres.

Islington Avenue Reconstruction – Rosemount Drive to Sherwood Avenue, extending over an approximate project distance of 375 metres.

Rosemount Drive Reconstruction – Sherwood Avenue to Islington Avenue, extending over an approximate project distance of 120 metres.
