On behalf of the Cooperative Purchasing Group of Waterloo (CPGWR), the City invites proven, qualified and experienced pay by mobile parking application service providers, to respond to this proposal for the provision of state of the art mobile parking application(s), as a complement to the existing surface parking lot pay and display ticket system, including an allocation of parking spaces at “on” and “off” street metered locations. There
is no guarantee of volume of any contract(s) resulting in an award of this requirement
and the City and any participating member agencies of the cooperative make no
guarantee of the value, or exclusivity, of a contract(s) for the services to be
provided. The City and any member agency may choose to contract with one (1),
or with more than one (1) mobile pay by phone application service provider for
the same or similar services to those described in this RFP. Alternatively the
City or a member agency may obtain the same or similar services internally. The City looks forward to receiving and reviewing every proposal. |
