This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations City Hall Service Center - Supply and Install of Furniture, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The City is looking to partner with a supplier to perform the scope of work which includes, the supply and installation of office furniture for Kitchener City Hall’s Service centre, as per the specification sheet. The City will only consider quotations received from respondents who have registered with Bids and Tenders and have obtained the RFQ directly from the Bids and Tenders website at https://kitchener.bidsandtenders.ca (the “Bidding System”). |
