The City is looking to partner with a qualified Contractor to perform the scope of work, which involves the reconstruction of three streets – Chapel Street (2025), Melrose Avenue (2026), and Sheridan Court (2026). This work extends an approximate distance of 580m. The work includes the replacement of existing sanitary sewers, storm sewers, water supply system, roadway, curb and gutter, sidewalks and municipal service connections to the street property line.
