This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective Contractors to submit non-binding quotations for Brubacher Green and Westwood Park Improvements, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). 

The City is looking to partner with a qualified Contractor to perform the scope of work which includes, but it not limited to supply of all equipment, labour and materials for the Brubacher Green and Westwood Park Improvements, as described in these contract documents (specifications, drawings and documents).

NOTE TO INTERESTED BIDDERS:

The City has in its possession several reports pertaining to Westwood Park and to Brubacher Green which should be reviewed and taken into consideration in terms of any bid submissions however the City treats these reports as Confidential and would require any potential bidder to do so as well.  The City is prepared to share these reports with any perspective bidder provided a Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is executed, a copy of which is attached as Q22-014 NDA. Once you execute this Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement please return a copy to the City’s Procurement Specialist Ian Fischer at ian.fischer@kitchener.ca. Upon receipt of an executed  NDA , The Procurement Specialist will forward the confidential reports to you by email. Signed Documents must be returned to the Procurement Specialist by the close of the Question Period, Wednesday May 11, 2022 at 1:00 P.M Local Time.
