Description: 

The City of Kitchener (City) is seeking professional services to complete the design and coordinate the construction efforts required for the retrofit works at Stormwater Management Facility (SWMF) 16. The works include the creation of a forebay, wetland and cooling system to improve water quality.

It should be noted the proposed design may require alterations to accommodate:

•  Changes in the topographic and natural heritage features; and,

•  Minor modifications to improve future operations and maintenance procedures.
