This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Professional Services – McLennan Park Facility Condition Assessment, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the“Deliverables”). The City of Kitchener intends to capture the current condition of park assets installed since 2010 in or on the parkland which is situated on a former landfill. These park facilities include civil, structural, electrical and required recommendations for future repairs and/or upgrades and or decommissioning that can be utilized to facilitate short, medium and long-term capital planning. The Respondent is expected to provide a complete assessment of facilities and sub consultants may be required to capture the required detail. Carefully read the requested services. |
