Works in this contract include, but are not limited to, the removals, construction, commissioning, and start-up of an upgraded Otterbein SPS including mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation upgrades to the control building with dry well and the wet well; and installation of a pump chase and emergency storage tanks (2). 

Works include excavation, soil management and transport, and equipment installation; removal, replacement, and installation of stormwater and sanitary sewer, and sanitary forcemain linear infrastructure.

Works include supply and installation of a generator with diesel fuel tank, including removal of existing wiring, conduits, and connections to the existing generator and installation of new wiring, conduits, and connections to the new outdoor generator; site grading, landscaping, and paving; and lightning assessment.
