This Request for Pre-Qualification (RFQ) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to participate in an invitational competitive Tender for the construction services associated with the retrofit of a stormwater management facility (SWMF) 65, as further described in the Terms of Reference.

The City’s consultant, Aquafor Beech Ltd., Guelph, Ontario, will solely review and evaluate the responses received and recommend a maximum of five (5) contractors. Only those contractors will be invited to bid on the Tender.
