The City of Kitchener is seeking consulting services for tender preparation and contract administration during construction for the retrofit of Stormwater Management Facility (SWMF) 10 as described in the design brief Stormwater Management Report: Pond 10 – Zeller Drive – Wet Pond Retrofit by Aquafor Beech Ltd (2011).

The Consultant is expected to complete all required field investigations, coordinate all related project needs, tendering, contract administration, provide guidance for proper sediment disposal procedures, resident/business services during construction and post-construction performance monitoring. The consultants work must be completed in accordance, as applicable, with the Region of Waterloo’s Design Guidelines and Supplemental Specifications for Municipal Services (DGSSMS) – most recent version, and the City of Kitchener Development Manual, along with any other relevant City and industry standards (CKSS, OPS etc.), and community plans which are outlined in Appendix A.
