This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the City of Kitchener (the “City”) to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide Elevator Contracting Services for Elevator Modernization Projects as further described in Section A of the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).

The City of Kitchener is seeking elevator contractors that are qualified and capable to act as the general contractor and Constructor to engage in the construction of elevator modernization projects concurrently at various locations within the City of Kitchener. The qualified respondents must be able to coordinate multiple trades and deliver services concurrently at different locations, while maintaining a high standard of workmanship, customer service, and compliance with applicable regulations. The intent is to have a roster of elevator contractors that will provide project specific quotations for the term of the agreement.
