The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to request that proponents submit a proposal for the provision of engineering services to complete analysis for flood mitigation planning along Shoemaker Creek in the City of Kitchener. This project is cosponsored by the City and the National Disaster Mitigation Program (NDMP). The NDMP is a federal program established by the government of Canada in recognition of increasing disaster risks and costs.
