The City is seeking a consultant to deliver engineering services for completing the Phase One Environmental Site Assessment (“ESA”), Phase Two ESA, and Geotechnical Investigation, as well as a consultant archaeologist to conduct an Archaeological Investigation at the Site located at 55 Bramm Street and 130 Park Street, Kitchener, ON. Respondents must sign the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) that has been included as Q25-037 – Non-Disclosure Agreement to be provided with the 2005 Final Updated Phase II ESA Report Bramm Yards and 2013 Final Updated Phase II ESA Report Bramm Yards. By signing the NDA, the respondent agrees to treat the reports provided confidential. The email address that the respondent provides on the NDA must be that of the individual signing the NDA. The signed NDA must be submitted to jenny.ung@kitchener.ca. The City will only consider quotations received from respondents who have registered with Bids and Tenders and have obtained the RFQ directly from the Bids and Tenders website at https://kitchener.bidsandtenders.ca (the “Bidding System”). |
