The City invites qualified, experiences contractors to respond to this tender for the provision of all labour, material, equipment and supervision, to complete repairs at the City’s Duke & Ontario Street Parking Garage, as detailed in the attached specifications and drawings, taking into account all site conditions, noise restrictions, work area restrictions, protection requirements, and accessibility restrictions, etc. No extras will be entertained for inconveniences after the award of this Contract. |
