This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Consulting Services – Inclusionary Zoning Stakeholder Engagement and Facilitation, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The Cities of Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge and the Region of Waterloo (Partners) have partnered to consider using a new tool called inclusionary zoning to increase the supply of affordable housing. The City of Kitchener (City) is seeking submissions from qualified engagement, communication and facilitation respondents to assist the Partners in the development and delivery of explanatory videos and an engagement plan to support consultation on Inclusionary Zoning (IZ) for the development of affordable housing. |
