This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective Contractors to submit non-binding quotations for Civic District Parking Garage Repairs, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). 

The City is looking for a qualified Contractor to perform localized concrete repairs throughout the parking garage, localized thin system waterproofing replacement, garage drain replacements, intermediate slab expansion joint replacement and localized exterior excavation and waterproofing on the library foundation wall at the Civic District Parking Garage located at 85 Queen Street North in the City of Kitchener in the Province of Ontario.
