Description: 

The City is looking to partner with a qualified Contractor to complete the resurfacing of Laneway 50146, located between Water Street North and College Street. The laneway is approximately 90 meters in length. The Scope of work includes removal of the existing asphalt, grading, installation of subdrains, placement of new asphalt, and associated restoration activities. Restoration will involve sidewalk replacement, curb installation, removal of one tree, and the relocation of a storm catch-basin.
