Description:  The City of Kitchener invites qualified, experienced plumbing contractors to respond to this request for proposal for the supply of Plumbing Services on a regular and emergency "as required" basis. The intent is to have a roster of three (3) contractors that will provide project specific quotations for the term of agreement.
