This RFQ will include City stocked items and specialty custom order items. For customization, the City will provide the following: a physical sample and/or photo, part number(s), and size or dimensions. In cases where the above mentioned cannot be provided, the City will arrange a time for the Successful Bidder to arrive on site to physically examine the failed part on a unit. 

When a physical sample is provided, the Successful Bidder shall be responsible to pick up the sample, fabricate or repair the item(s), and deliver the item(s) back to the City Facility. Each type of item has specific delivery requirements as detailed in RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) that must be met by the Successful Bidder.
