This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Greenfield Thermal Consultant as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The City has ambitious goals of advancing community energy solutions in pursuit of climate, economic and energy security objectives. More specifically, this work is a subset of work being completed to support the development of the Kitchener Utilities Clean Energy Transition Strategy, which will guide the evolution of the City’s community-facing energy businesses to continue to be financially successful and provide valued services throughout the energy transition |
