Kitchener Utilities, a Division of The Corporation of the City of Kitchener, requires the services of a Consultant or Consultants to assist with the strategic advisory & program development services for its mandatory compliance obligation under the Ontario Cap and Trade Program.

It is the City’s intent to enter into an agreement with at least one (1) firm to undertake the above noted services.  A copy of the Agreement is attached for reference. Proponent(s) must comment in advance of any changes contemplated to the agreement. The changes will be reviewed at the start of the evaluation process, however, it shall be noted a change is a qualification of the City’s intent, therefore, those submissions are subject to rejection.
