Description: 

The City of Kitchener is seeking proposals from qualified parking technology integrators for supply, deliver, installation, commissioning, training and maintenance of licence plate based parking technology and automated licence plate recognition (ALPR) enforcement technology. It is mandatory that all submissions propose a complete “turnkey” solution that integrates both technologies and includes hardware, software, support, education and maintenance services. The integrator must be capable of providing a solution that meets the mandatory requirements stipulated in this document.
