The goal of this engagement is to comprehensively review the operation of Kitchener-Waterloo Oktoberfest in order to identify and provide recommendations for future sustainable operating models. The assessment will provide an expert, objective review and specific recommendations to inform future decisions surrounding the operations and the nature of the business relationships, operating arrangements and financial agreements. The assessment process will include consultation with a range of stakeholders regarding the matters under review. The expected outcome of this process includes recommended improvements to ensure the success, viability and relevance of KW Oktoberfest Inc. |
