This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Kitchener City Hall – Mechanical Review & Design, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). 

The City is looking to partner with a qualified Consultant to review the mechanical systems at Kitchener City Hall, Located at 200 King Street East. The successful respondent is expected to create a long range capital plan for mechanical systems renewal/replacement, and dependent on budgetary approvals create and City approvals, tender-ready mechanical drawings and specifications for mechanical equipment/distribution slated for replacement in the first several years of the capital plan.

The City will only consider quotations received from respondents who have registered with Bids and Tenders and have obtained the RFQ directly from the Bids and Tenders website at https://kitchener.bidsandtenders.ca (the “Bidding System”).
