The City is seeking a qualified supplier for the provision of retro-reflectivity measurement services for approximately 9,900 regulatory and warning traffic signs, in accordance with the Ontario Traffic Manual (OTM), Books #5, #6, and #8.

The City will only consider quotations received from respondents who have registered with Bids and Tenders and have obtained the RFQ directly from the Bids and Tenders website at https://kitchener.bidsandtenders.ca (the “Bidding System”).
