This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations Supply of Vehicle Rentals , as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

The City invites qualified respondents to respond to this quotation for the supply, delivery and pick-up of rental vehicles as specified herein, to the satisfaction of the City and its participating member agencies and in accordance with the terms and specifications as outlined here-in.

  • This is a co-operative quotation issued by the City of Kitchener (Lead Agency).
