The City of Kitchener intends to install the western portion of the new South Strasburg Trunk Sanitary Sewer. This is generally located near Plains Road and Fischer Hallman running east approximately 1,000m through green field. The east end of the new sewer will connect to a previously installed portion of this trunk. The Consultant is expected to complete the pre-design, final design, coordinate all related project needs, tendering, and contract administration/inspection and resident/business services during construction of the trunk sewer and other related infrastructure. All designs must be completed in accordance with the Region of Waterloo’s Design Guidelines and Supplemental Specifications for Municipal Services (DGSSMS) – most recent version, and the City of Kitchener Subdivision Manual, along with any other relevant City and industry standards (CKSS, OPS etc.), and community plans. |
