This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Snow Clearing – The Kitchener Memorial Auditorium, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The City is seeking experienced Contractors for the provision of snow removal services on an “as required – on call basis” at The Kitchener Memorial Auditorium, 400 East Avenue, Kitchener ON N2H 1Z6. The Contractor must demonstrate experience in snow clearing for large facilities and parking lot clearing. The City is requesting hourly pricing specifically for the vehicle/equipment and operator. The Successful Respondent shall have the equipment specified to perform the work to the satisfaction of the City Representative. |
