The City invites qualified bidders to submit a proposal for a Fire Records Management System (“RMS”) that will meet or exceed all functional requirements of the Kitchener Fire Department (“KFD”). The proposed solution shall allow the City to effectively manage information, resources, records, and interfaces needed to respond quickly and safely to public safety–related calls for service. The new system must be capable of supporting multi-jurisdictional functionality allowing neighbouring departments to share data as required, while also protecting agency specific or confidential data. The new system will replace the city’s current RMS, which is CriSys. It must also interface seamlessly to the city’s new CAD system, which is Intergraph CAD. |
