This contract consists of the upgrading of the existing City of Kitchener Elmsdale Park, which includes;

·  Clearing and grubbing of the existing park land;

·  Removal and disposal of the existing park features;

·  Repair of the existing chain link fence;

·  Supply and placement of fill to enhance the existing soil cap;

·  Supply and placement of topsoil and seed;

·  Upgrading of the existing methane vent system;

·  Construction of new community trail;

·  Construction of new park features (volleyball court, play area, etc.);

·  Landscaping
