This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Professional Services - Asset Management Plans, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The City intends to retain the services of an experienced and qualified firm to update and/or complete Asset Management Plans (AMP) covering the City’s non-core infrastructure. Additionally, the City is requesting recommendations on support, strategy, and resourcing for the ongoing maintenance of the corporation’s asset management program including all fourteen core and non-core asset categories city-wide to meet all requirements as described in this quotation. The successful respondent (the “Consultant”) is required to prepare the AMPs for the City’s non-core assets in accordance with Ontario Regulation 588/17: Asset Management Planning for Municipal Infrastructure made under Infrastructure For Jobs and Prosperity Act, 2015 (current edition). |
