This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for the feasibility and conceptual design including details of existing conditions, the permits and approvals and the budget required to build  a trail in the Grand River subdivision connecting Country Clair Street to Chicopee Hills Public School and as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
