The City invites qualified, experienced contractors to respond to this tender for the provision of all labour, material, equipment and supervision, to complete membrane and other repairs at the Civic District Parking Garage, as detailed in the attached specifications, taking into account all site conditions, noise restrictions, work area restrictions, protection requirements, and accessibility restrictions.

Bidder to note that equivalent and/or alternate materials/products and/or systems, will be evaluated during the questions / clarifications period. Interested bidders with equivalent materials shall submit their specifications during the tender open period and no later than five (5) working days prior to the stated closing date. Every submittal shall be reviewed to the specifications, to verify the materials/products and/or systems, meet the design requirements set out.
