This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the City of Kitchener (the “City”) to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide Prequalification of Landscape Contractors as further described in Section A of the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”). 

The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (the City) is issuing this Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) to identify experienced and capable landscape contracting companies interested in serving as the general contractor for the delivery of multiple park improvement projects. These projects will be located at various sites across the City and will be undertaken throughout the duration of the contract. Qualified contractors will be expected to manage all aspects of construction in alignment with the City’s standards and project objectives.
