The City invites qualified Contractors to respond to this RFQ for the supply and delivery of tires and related materials, including replacement and repair services to the satisfaction of the City and in accordance with the terms and specifications as outlined here-in. The successful bidder shall be an authorized distributor of the tires bid and shall maintain and have immediate access to adequate inventories to satisfy regular and emergency needs.

The City of Kitchener is the Lead Agency for this RFQ and the following member agencies of the Grand River Cooperative Procurement Group (GRCPG), participate in this contract (hereinafter referred to as “Participating Agency”) Participating Agencies include: City of Waterloo.
