Description: 

The City invites CommScope Certified Successful Respondent to respond to this RFSQ for the purpose of providing network cabling installation services on an as required basis. Installations may include both new and retrofit installations. All cabling work must be completed as per the technical specifications for the installation of UTP cabling. The intent is to have a roster of three (3) Successful Respondent that will provide project specific quotations for the term of agreement. 

The City will only consider responses received from respondents who have registered with Bids and Tenders and have obtained the RFSQ directly from the Bids and Tenders website at https://kitchener.bidsandtenders.ca (the “Bidding System”).
Bid Document Access:  Bid document preview, bid opportunity, and award notices are available on the site free of charge. Suppliers are not required to register for a bid opportunity prior to previewing unsecured bid documents. Please note, some documents may be secured and you will be required to register for the bid to download and view the documents. To obtain an unsecured version of the bid document and/or to participate in this opportunity, an annual or a per bid fee must be paid (annual fee - $461.90, per bid fee - $138.64).
