This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the City of Kitchener (the “City”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Supply and Delivery of Aquatic Equipment and Supplies, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).

The City is looking for the supply and delivery of aquatic equipment and supplies to support safe, inclusive, and engaging operation of the Cowan Recreation Centre’s aquatic facilities, which include both a competition pool and a leisure pool. This includes mobility‑support items, safety gear, instructional tools, fitness accessories, and general program materials used in day‑to‑day pool operations to ensure that the City’s aquatic programs are equipped with reliable, high‑quality resources that meet the needs of a diverse community.
