This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Overhead Doors, Man Doors, Docks & Equipment Maintenance & Repair Service, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The City invites qualified, experienced and proven commercial door repair contractors to respond to this quotation for the provision of preventative maintenance & repair to manual and automatic overhead doors, docks, partitions and other accessory equipment at City facilities. The City will only consider quotations received from respondents who have registered with Bids and Tenders and have obtained the RFQ directly from the Bids and Tenders website at https://kitchener.bidsandtenders.ca (the “Bidding System”). |
