This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Q22-095 Supply of Asphalt Products, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). To supply hot mix asphalt products on a pick-up basis and high performance cold mix product on a delivered basis. |
