Description: 

The City is seeking external audit services for the following entities:

  • The Corporation of The City of Kitchener, its Boards and Municipal Enterprises; and
  • The Waterloo Region Municipalities Insurance Pool (“the Insurance Pool”)

The deliverables additionally encompass optional services that the City may choose to engage the Successful Respondent for, at its sole discretion:

  • Audit services for Kitchener Housing Inc. (“KHI”) and Kitchener Non-Profit Property Management Inc. (“KNPPMI”); and
  • Municipal Accommodation Tax (“MAT”) agreed upon procedures for Region of Waterloo municipalities.

The City will only consider quotations received from respondents who have registered with Bids and Tenders and have obtained the RFQ directly from the Bids and Tenders website at https://kitchener.bidsandtenders.ca (the “Bidding System”).
Bid Document Access:  Bid document preview, bid opportunity, and award notices are available on the site free of charge. Suppliers are not required to register for a bid opportunity prior to previewing unsecured bid documents.
