The City of Kitchener is looking to hire a consultant to develop a strategy for long-term parking. This strategy aims to create a coordinated and strategic approach to parking operations, policies, planning, and financial sustainability. It will support a lively downtown area and be aligned with city-wide transportation and land use policies. This Long-Term Parking Strategy is envisioned as a 20-year plan that will explore and propose innovative sources of parking revenue, maximize revenue potential, and recommend updates to current parking policies and regulations, including on-street parking and loading zones. The City will only consider quotations received from respondents who have registered with Bids and Tenders and have obtained the RFQ directly from the Bids and Tenders website at https://kitchener.bidsandtenders.ca (the “Bidding System”). |
